Yes, your files are secure. All uploads use HTTPS encryption. Your files are processed in isolated environments and automatically deleted after processing (usually within 1 hour). We never access, read, or share your document content.
Files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour after processing. Download links expire after this time. We don't keep copies of your files.
While we take security seriously, highly sensitive documents (legal, medical, financial) should be processed with appropriate caution. For maximum security, some tools offer client-side processing where files never leave your device.

Free users can upload files up to 50 MB. Premium users have limits up to 500 MB or unlimited, depending on their plan. For very large files, we recommend compressing first.

You need the password to work with protected PDFs. Our Unlock PDF tool can remove protection if you have the password. We cannot bypass password protection.
Processing time depends on file size and complexity. Large files with many images or OCR processing take longer. If a task seems stuck after 5 minutes, try refreshing and uploading again.
